Sandusky files second appeal

The attorney, for former Assistant Football Coach Jerry Sandusky, has filed a notice that he will appeal for a new trial at a higher court.

Last month, the trial judge rejected arguments that defense attorneys didn't have enough time to prepare for Sandusky's three-week trial.

Defense Attorney Joseph Amendola did not explain the issues he plans to raise in his Superior Court appeal.
