Sex offender working at frozen yogurt shop failed to comply with Megan’s Law
On Friday, East Lampeter Police charged an Annville man with failing to comply with Megan’s Law.
Tuan Anh Le, 33, is a registered sex offender for a prior conviction of sexual abuse of children and possession of child pornography.
Le registered his place of employment in Lebanon, however he has been working as a manager at the Polar Peach frozen yogurt business on Lincoln Highway in East Lampeter Township.
Le was arraigned and placed on Lancaster County Prison on $250,000 bail.
