Early Tuesday morning, an employee of Penske Trucking in Manchester Township spotted a suspicious man roaming inside the fenced in parking lot. The man then entered a white, 2010 International box truck.

The employee went inside to get a co-worker, and when the two came out, the suspect and truck were gone.

An investigation found the suspect and an unknown accomplice entered the lot by cutting a hole in the fence surrounding the lot.

At just after 4 a.m., a State Police Trooper located the truck on Mount Rose Avenue just off I-83. Tire tracks indicated the truck was dumped and someone stopped to pick up the suspect who was driving it.

The ignition of the box truck was tampered with.

The suspect is identified as a black male in his mid 30s with a gold front tooth. He was wearing a blue hooded windbreaker.

The investigation into the theft continues. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Northern York County Regional Police Department at 717-292-3647.
