Two arrested for sale of heroin in Spring Grove

Two men in Spring Grove, York County were arrested for the sale of heroin.

Police say on March 4th, undercover officers from the Southwestern Regional Police Department and officers from the York County Drug Task Force conducted a drug investigation in the area of East Third Avenue.

The undercover officers bought heroin from the two men.

Police arrested Timothy Ishway, 26 at the scene and Eduardo Fernandez, 18 at his home on March 16th.

Fernandez was charged with three counts of violation of a controlled substance and Ishway was charged with one count of violation of a controlled substance.

Both men were taken to the York County Prisoner Intake Center in York.
