PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say two teenagers have turned themselves in to face charges in the robbery of a 9-year-old girl in north Philadelphia.

Officers said the third-grader was robbed of $13 at about 8:30 a.m. Friday after making a purchase in an East Germantown mini-mart.

The Philadelphia Inquirer (http://bit.ly/13NuVDv ) says surveillance video shows the teens watching the girl, and they approached her outside and grabbed her wallet before fleeing.

Police said the parents of the 13- and 14-year-old suspects saw the footage on news programs and brought them to police later that day.

A police department spokeswoman says both have been arrested and will be charged with robbery and related offenses.

Police said the victim was reported in good condition.
