Tonight the violence in the capital city continues as police were called out to the same crime scene where at least one person was shot during the vigil for Saturday nights homicide victim, 20-year-old Robert Burris.

Burris was Harrisburg's 5th homicide victim when he was shot and killed near the intersection of 14th and Vernon Streets Saturday night.

CBS 21's Ewa Roman spoke with a man, who says he was out on the street talking to the murder victim's family when all of a sudden someone started shooting.

Rodney Schwartz, witnessed shooting:
"I looked back and I saw a kid, younger kid with the gun shooting at a car and the car drove off but I didn't think anyone here was hit."

Rodney was there with his family and a church group, trying to console the family of Burris.

Schwartz,:
" There were about 20 kids outside just mingling. And this happened right with all the kids there. And there was 10 of us there and we just ran, got in the ally, behind cars and stuff like that so."

Those who live in the area say they heard about 15 gunshots.

CBS 21 news has also learned that Harrisburg police now have a suspect in custody for the shooting that killed 20-year-old Robert Burris Saturday night.
