The York City Narcotics Unit arrested a man who had over 1,000 bags of heroin in his possession.
Rickey Watts, 30, of 727 Manchester Street, was arrested on Thursday. Police searched Watts' house and found 1,320 bags of heroin which had a street value of $26,400. Police also seized $1,682.
Watts was arrested for PWI Heroin.
