Some are calling a recent New York Times bestseller "Mommy Porn". 50 Shades of Grey is gaining a lot of attention, and not all good.

It is reported libraries in three states have banned the popular book.

We checked around and it seems where there is a demand, libraries are supplying 50 Shades of Grey.

Some Public Libraries in several states are pulling the racy romance trilogy 50 Shades of Grey from shelves or not to ordering it at all.

The complaints are that the sex scenes are too steamy and it's not well written.

But here in Central PA, we can't find a library that is banning the book especially the ones that are getting the most demand. In fact, most we spoke to have more holds then books available.

In Franklin County, they were not allowed to talk on camera but had this to say.

“Our public libraries carry a wide variety of reading materials to fulfill the reading tastes of our communities. While we have reserves for the books in E.L. James series, we also have many requests and fill them for Christian fiction and nonfiction, animae, children's books, materials from many religious and secular viewpoints, and on many subjects. We are constantly surveying our communities about what they want to read and what their needs and interests are, then responding through the collection development process in the policy.”

In Perry County the Newport Library doesn't have a demand. They have a mostly Christian base.

If you eat out often, it's bound to happen that you get poor service while out at a restaurant. The question them becomes how you deal with it.

It's happened to all of us. A new regulation from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission would reduce to two miles the radius of an initial evacuation in the event of a serious accident at a nuclear power plant.

When the accident occurred at TMI in 1979, state, county and local officials had little experience with nuclear generating facilities. The federal government wasn't much better off.

When then-Governor Dick Thornburgh took action, it was only a recommendation that pregnant women and small children leave the area.

If something happens at the plant now, you want to know what to do. Federal regulators now will have people living within two miles of a plant evacuate.

Others will be told to remain indoors. An order to evacuate could come at a later time.

But residents around the state's five nuclear generating facilities will find the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency taking a more cautious approach than required by the feds.

Cory Angell of PEMA says the 10 mile limit that recommend may be arbitrary. It was established some time ago based on lessons learned from TMI.

He says the agency regularly evaluates all of its policies, including the evacuation radius.

In the latest Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse news, Defense Attorney Joe Amendola slaps another motion to have charges against the former coach dropped. This is just three weeks before Sandusky is set to stand trial.

Sandusky is arguing through his attorney that charges related to at least three of the alleged victims should be dropped.

Once again, Amendola says in court paperwork that the charges are so vague he can not prepare a proper defense. He adds that without the victims in two cases ever being identified by the prosecution, testimony will be based solely on hearsay.

Jerry Sandusky is scheduled to go on trial in three weeks. But still his attorney is arguing many of the charges against him should be dropped.

In a 21 page motion, Joe Amendola writes of the accusations related to victim 2, "the Commonwealth cannot sustain these charges at trial simply based on the testimony of Michael McQueary."

McQueary is the former assistant coach who claims he saw Sandusky sexually abuse a boy in a Penn State locker room in 2001.

Similarly, Amendola argues the prosecution's case against accuser 8 is also based solely on eyewitness testimony, since that alleged victim has also never been identified.

A janitor reported witnessing Sandusky molest that boy in 2000 in a Penn State locker room, but the janitor now has dementia. So his co-workers would have to testify on what he told them.

Amendola bases a third appeal on alleged victim 6, saying "the Commonwealth will not be able to establish any criminal intent on the defendant's part."

These charges are based on a 1998 incident in which an 11-year-old boy's mother called police after her son said he showered with Sandusky.

That case was closed and no charges were ever filed.

Additional paperwork was also filed by Amendola Wednesday, asking for jury information, among other things.
