Recap: Colorado vs. USC

Boulder, CO (Sports Network) - Josh Scott scored 14 points to lead the Colorado Buffaloes past the USC Trojans, 66-60, in a Pac-12 Conference battle at Coors Events Center.

Askia Booker added 12 points, Andre Roberson had 11 points and eight rebounds and Sabatino Chen chipped in 10 points for Colorado (11-4, 1-2 Pac-12) which rebounded from back-to-back losses.

Eric Wise scored 16 points to lead USC (6-10, 1-2) which has lost four of its last six. J.T. Terrell added 11 points and Byron Wesley and Dewayne Dedmon each chipped in 10 points. Both Wise and Dedmon came within a rebound of a double-double.

Colorado shot 55.6 percent from the floor, including 3-of-6 from beyond the arc, to earn a 41-26 lead at the break. USC shot 44.0 percent in the first 20 minutes.

In the second half the Buffaloes cooled to 33.3 percent shooting but hit 6-of-11 shots from the free throw line to hold on for the win.

USC hit 7-of-19 shots from beyond the arc in the game and had a 39-30 edge on the boards. Colorado forced 23 turnovers which were converted into 21 points. The Buffaloes also had a 34-20 edge on points in the paint.
