Lake Buena Vista, FL (Sports Network) - Alex Rodriguez had a double and drove in two runs in the Yankees' 8-3 exhibition win over the Braves on Saturday.
Gary Sanchez and Jose Gil both went 2-for-2 with an RBI for New York while Melky Mesa, Mark Teixeira, Colin Curtis and Justin Maxwell drove in a run apiece.
Michael Pineda (1-0) got the start and the win, allowing four hits and one run while walking three over 2 2/3 innings.
Martin Prado, Andrelton Simmons and Joe Terdoslavich each had an RBI for the Braves, while starter Jair Jurrjens (0-1) took the loss after giving up three runs on five hits and six walks in 2 1/3 innings.
