Hi, My dog slipped out of his harness on 9/3 and ran away. He was in Harrisburg with my son, visiting a friend. His name is Hardy. He is a white and gray mix. He was last seen on 4th and Riley. We live in NY and are trying to find him. He does not have a collar but he is microchipped. If you see him or know where he is, please take him to a shelter and let them know he has a chip. Thank you
