A man and woman are facing drug charges following a traffic stop along Interstate 81 in Franklin County. Susan Hollabaugh and Kevin Paul were pulled over last week and officers found 981 bags of heroin worth about 20-thousand dollars, along with crack cocaine and paraphernalia in their vehicle. Investigators also searched Paul's Fayetteville home and found several guns, one of which was stolen.
