(York, PA) -- If passed, a proposed legislative bill is going to ban all dog, cat and rabbit sales in Pennsylvania pet stores. The bill called "Victoria's Law" was filed yesterday. Officials say the bill would restrict the sale of dogs, cats and rabbits at stores to help prevent pet mills from operating throughout the state. State Senators Lisa Boscola and Kirstin Phillips-Hill are sponsoring the bill as well as dozens of other co-sponsors from both the Republican and Democratic parties.
